GPS Endgun Controller
GPS endgun controller for lateral-move and centre-pivot irrigators
This small device can be installed on a center-pivot or lateral-move irrigator to control up to three end-guns or other outputs depending on the position of the irrigator. Ideal for lateral-move or articulated pivots where the centre controller does not know where the endgun is, or is unable to control the endgun.
Precision Irrigation’s GPS end-gun controller is installed on the end-gun control line to turn the end-gun off or on in pre-programmed positions. Simple and easy to install, there is no need to waste water in places where it is not needed.

The Precision Irrigation endgun controller is very simple to install, with only a 10-16VDC input and up to three pairs of control wires. The control wires will output a switching voltage up to 60V that can be connected to the relay controlling the endgun or valve (or other output device). The control wires are each managed independently by solid-state relays on the controller.
The controller is pre-programmed for the irrigator it will be installed on before it leaves the factory. When the controller is powered up, it uses the included GPS to calculate the position of the irrigator, and then calculates which solid state relays to open or close. The controller continually calculates which relays to open and close as the irrigator moves.
An LED status light lets you know the units operation mode:

Simply install an AC relay in series with the wire controlling the endgun or any other valve setup you want to control, then control the AC relay by switching a DC signal with the endgun controller.
Ordering process for GPS Endgun controller
Every endgun controller is pre-programmed at the factory. This means that the installation is quick and easy, and the gun(s) will turn on and off in accurate positions.
When you order an endgun controller, you will need to provide us with either the GPS coordinates that you want the gun to turn on and off at, or a Google Earth drawing showing where the gun should be controlled. If the gun is on a center-pivot we also need to know where the pivot point is and the radius of the pivot, or if it's a lateral-move, where the two ends of the machine are and how far the machine travels down the tram-line.
